Shipping Information

We strive to ship all mail orders within 24-48 hours however some items we sell ship directly from the manufacturer therefore we have no way to control the shipping time. We will keep you posted on all shipping estimates and feel free to email us for a shipping time estimate prior to ordering if you would like.

We strive to make all diaper service deliveries before the 38th week of pregnancy or within 2 weeks or ordering depending on our demand at that time. We have had rapid growth recently and we are making strides at reducing this wait time.

Payment Types

We accept the following payment types from Local Customers: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Money Order, Cash, and Paypal.

NOTE: We DO NOT take checks as a form of payment until the service has been in place for at least 45 days. Please understand that we have experienced issues with fraudulent checks and we must protect ourselves from this event.

Any transaction returned to us for insufficient funds will result in a $35.00 Charge.

This includes CHARGE BACKS, bounced checks, and any other type of returned payment.

Returns & Exchanges

There are no refunds on cloth diaper service payments. See our service details for more information.

We will allow returns of unused, unworn, new condition items within thirty days. We cannot accept any washed, used, or worn items as it is a health code violation.

Please use the contact form to the right to contact us regarding your return so we can facilitate it as quickly as possible. We do require a copy of your receipt to be included with all returns.

We process orders as quickly as possible so if you need to cancel an order for any reason it must be done by contacting us directly within 12 hours of the order coming through. After that we are unable to cancel any orders.

Damaged diapers can be returned through the Manufacturers various warranty policies, if you experience a problem like this please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

All Diaper rash creams, breast creams, or other skin care related products cannot be returned as they are final sales due to health codes.
